With over 10 years of hospitality experience, I thought it was time to start my own adventure!
I have an incredible passion for food and entertaining – to me there’s nothing better than a great platter with even better company.
Being vegetarian myself, I know its sometimes hard to find delicious and inviting catering, even more so for vegans. So my aim is not to just cater for – but to entice and captivate all appetites.
While travelling through Europe I gained a new appreciation for good, quality food and the importance of fresh and local produce.
I inspire to use as many local providers as I can, supporting the Central Coast community, and creating the most indulgent platters possible.
